Peter Chatzky and John Sullivan Endorse Beth Davidson in NY-17 Democratic Primary

EXCLUSIVE—Former candidates John Sullivan and Peter Chatzky have endorsed Rockland County legislator Beth Davidson in the Democratic primary for New York’s 17th congressional district.

“I think she understands the job better than anyone else. I think she’d make an awesome congressperson,” Chatzky told the Judge Street Journal in an exclusive interview for the third episode of Judgement Call.

“There’s really no comparison between Cait Conley and Beth Davidson. Beth has spent 20 years in this community. She’s had elected office—school board to the legislature,” Sullivan added.

In a candid hour-long interview, Chatzky and Sullivan reveal the hidden secrets of running a congressional campaign in NY-17—from fundraising, to navigating local party bosses, to the sheer time commitment. They explain why their experiences lead them to endorse Davidson, and why they’re concerned about Conley’s record. The interview will go live later this afternoon.
